Representative James E. Fulton to draft legislation establishing an
Inspector General function in NASA. I advised that our Inspector
General's office is not established by legislation and that Agency
regulations pertaining to this office are classified. Advised that
I would relay Mr. Fulton's request and be back in touch with her the
first of the week.
