I Talked to Chris Sylvester, in the
office of Senator Milton Young, and asked that he alert the Senator o

floor of the Senate for vote today.

tied up with Committee meetings and he could not as yet predict when
he could meet with us regarding his trip to the Soviet Union. I told
Morrison that we did not want to press the Senator but were merely

Director and Chief Clerk, Senate Committee on Aeronautical and
Space Sciences, and told him we would be happy to show Senator
Anderson the photography in which he had expressed interest. I

I asked with George Murphy, on the staff

Murphy said he was leaving Sunday for the International Atomic

In connection with his trip Murphy said he would like to

general area of NATO security. He aid that he had gotten a "vague
blip" about something He asked that I check on this
