25X1 Spoke with Mrs. Posey, in the office
of Congressman John J. Rhodes (R., Ariz.), and advised we had not been
successful in identifying the publication News from Ukraine by the title and
publisher she had given us. In response to her further request as to a
Ukrainian organization with whom she could correspond on this matter, I
suggested the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, 302 West 13th Street,
New York City, and she said she would not attribute this information to the
Agency.

receive at NASA tomorrow morning. Mr. Gehrig was very appreciative of
our contacting him on this. Mr. Gehrig's various clearances were reviewed
for him to refresh his memory and to place them in perspective.

Handcarried to the office of presentative
Daniel J. Flood a response to a constituent inquiry concerning
alleged to have been a Navy pilot associated with the Agency and
missing in action in Vietnam. I advised the Congressman's office that in
addition to making a search of Agency records with negative results, this
name was checked with the military services who also had no record of him
on their prisoner or missing lists.

In response to a request from Representative
Melvin Price, I met with Peter Scrivner, Administrative Assistant, and provided
him with our support package on the NSA situation. This was done in response
to Mr. Price's referral of a letter from a student at the University of Notre
Dame who will be attending the NSA Conference at the University of Maryland
Scrivner said the material provided would be quite useful in their dealings with
