This was a follow-up item from our conversation following the 20 April breakfast briefing. ' In the absence of Congressman Edward Biester (R., Pa.), left with his office a copy of the brochure relating to CIA authorities and limitations. This is a follow-up item from our conversation following the 20 April breakfast briefing. Met with Mr. Killroy, Administrative Assistant for Congressman Frank Brasco (D., N. Y.), and learned that the Congressman appeared to find the 20 April breakfast briefing most beneficial to his purposes. Chief Counsel, and Mr. Philip W. Kelleher, Counsel, House Armed Services Committee, and provided a limited background briefing on the Soyuz I. 25X1 25X1 Met separately with Mr. John R. Blandford, Met with Mr. C. F. Ducander, Executive Director and Chief Counsel, House Committee on Science and Astronautics, and provided him a limited background briefing on Soyuz I. Met with Mrs. Dorothy Maneri, Executive Secretary to Representative Barber Conable (R., N. Y.), and confirmed with her the arrangements for the breakfast meeting of the combined SOS and C&M groups for Wednesday, 26 April, 8:00 a.m. Mrs. Maneri, in keeping with the normal confirmation procedures of these groups, will not have a final tally of attendees until late Tuesday afternoon.
