ACTION REQUIRED - REFERENCES
The film library of the Embassy advised that they had access
to some early-generation Soviet film on the Moscow Parade and
offered to obtain it from a local newsreel compan for a nominal
price. While it is known that much footage from
it was felt that the high-quality
film, with Russian language sound track, might be useful for PI
work. Attachment (herewith) consisting of 110 feet of film, minus
sound track which was lost in reproduction, is forwarded for
review

Brandwein still has the film.
