1. The !MAW has grown rapidly in the past three years.

3. In these economy minded times the thought of obtaining
positions, nueh less finding ccmpetent individuals total them,
frightening and many would balk at the thought of diverting resources,
but in order to satisfy the requirements as they exist, there seems no
alternative.

6. In spite of the rapid increase in the number of presentation
s the situation, at least for the present, seems in band. The

remaining question is the palicationegraphics production.
7. Inlay opinion, the two senior illustrator positioms
Approved, and filled by qualified individuals, will satisfy the need.
It maybe necessary in the future to re-evaluate the situation,
depending upon requirements stemming from briefing rooms, situation
rooms, etc., vbich might well require additional support, beyond the
limits of the presentation group.
