Dear Mr. Smith:
I have had considerable difficulty in trying to develop a sound program
for controlling US exports to France because of the limited amount of
pertinent information available. Specifically, I would very much like
to know what US equipment is being used in French missile and submarine
programs. I would greatly appreciate any information you could provide
me.
I would also appreciate knowing whether or not requirements are needed
for better coverage. If you would like to discuss this matter, I
would be happy to do so.
