1. JGO attended the Senate Civil Service Subcommittee hearing on
bills to increase the number of supergrade positions at which Chairman
Robert Hampton, CSC, testified. The Subcommittee Chairman Randolph
requested Hampton to provide a breakdown of all supergrade positions in
the Executive Branch, both scientific and administrative schedules covering
all agencies including those not within the competitive service such as
Foreign Service and Veterans Administration. JGO says this means CIA.
2. JGO thought that we might want to mention this to Colonel White.
