MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Advanced Aircraft Reconnaissance System
1. I called today to acquaint him with
our proposed initial plan of attack for the new Advanced
System program. The plan, as outlined to him, was to send
him a copy of the R&D/OSA draft for the "Think Group Terris
of Reference; dated 27 November 1968, and to have OSI review
and revise the document to their satisfaction. On Monday{,
16 December, we would arrange a joint OSI/R&D/OSA meeting to
review the terms of reference. Subsequent to arriving a
a document satisfactory to all participants, a meeting would
be arranged with to request a proposal for
doing the tasks outlined in a terms of reference.
2. A draft copy of the "Think Group Terms of Reference"
was sent to this date.
