Walt: FYI. Attached is the correspondence I
referred to during our telephone conversation last
Friday. I gave a copy of this to our DDS& T Security
Staff to check with O/S, who you
mentioned had conversations with OSI prior to his
preparation of the A ency replies specified by the 25X9
Englishman in his letter to the V-P.
The "Dr. James McDonald" cited in 25X9
letter was in Australia on 8 July making similar
charges against the CIA debunking the UFO as you
will note from the attached news item.
May we have OSI's comments on the substantive
part of the letter for background information.
