Dear Dr. Donovan:
This letter is to confirm arrangements for the Space Intelligence
Panel meeting indicated to you by Mr. Srandwein in his telephone call.
The meeting will be held on 19 November at CIA Headquarters starting
at 9:00 AM and ending no later than 4:30 PAM
As in previous sessions we propose to present briefings to the
Panel during the morning and to reserve the ternoon for discussions.
The briefings will primarily concern the Soviet manned space programs,
with special emphasis on manned lunar programs. At Dr. Ramo's
request a survey of the ballistic missile situation will also be presented.
The Foreign Missile and Space Analysis Center is handling all
arrangements for the meetin . Please, call Mr. Srandweln's Office On
area code to confirm your attendance. If you will require
any form of assistance w ilei in the Washington area his office will be
happy to assist you.
