We are three weeks today from the Records Officer's Conference.
As of this A.M. the letter for Mr. Bannerman's signature is unsigned.
There is still a great deal to be done, much of which must await the
letter being signed.
More importantly, we are still without a fixed agenda which would
establish the sequence of events for the two days. I don't know whether
you have seen an outline from Rita on her presentation or not. The
agenda ought to go along with the rest of the material we will send to
the RMO's; hopefully the next day or so!
New subject: I understand that the November "Moratoruim Days" will
be the 13th and 14th--the days of the conference. Is this apt to present
us with any kind of a problem?
