a program of medical benefits similar to, for instance, the military
system whereby employees and dependents s to medical
treatment and care on a continuing basis. was asked STAT
to check Agency records to determine how many financial disaster cases
there have been. The Office of General Counsel will check on whether
other civil service agencies have financial disaster benefits or, if not,
have ever attempted to obtain such benefits through legislation.
3. I Iwill act as coordinator of the financial disaster
