MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
28 March 1969
SUBJECT: Possible Lobby Group on S. 1035
1. The Congressional Monitor reports that
SI
TATOTHR is employed by
the Association of Federal Investigators, 815 15th Street, Washington,
D.C., as a representative on legislation pertaining to federal investi-
gation and law enforcement including H. R. 10037 and S. 1035. Since
the House of Representatives has not yet reached bill number 10037
in the 91st Congress, it is assumed that the H.R. reference is to the
90th Congress. H. R. 10037 in the 90th Congress dealt with wiretapping
and eavesdropping devices, and S. 1035, of course, was the "Ervin
bill."
2. The information above is based upon reports filed with the
Clerk of the House pursuant to the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act.
