6.1 1 Talked briefly to Bun Bray, Staff Director,
Subcommittee on Manpower and Civil Service, House Committee on Post
Office and Civil Service, who told me that the status quo remains the
same on the Ervin bill, S. 782. No meeting has been scheduled for the
Subcommittee and no further determinations have been made by the Chairs X1
for the handling of the bill.
