Subcommittee on Manpower and Civil Service, House Post Office and Civil
Service Committee staff, who told me that the Subcommittee has not
rescheduled a meeting for consideration of S. 782 following cancellation
of this morning's meeting. The Subcommittee mem ers are meeting again
tonight and probably tomorrow on postal reform.
