Dave Brandwein, FMSAC, who briefed Dorothy Fosdick and Richard
Perle, of Senator Jackson's Subcommittee on National Security and
International Operations, on latest developments regarding Soviet and
ChiCom missile programs and the Soviet nuclear submarine situation.
4.. Angela Morris, Senate Foreign Relations
Committee staff, called and asked for copies of FBIS take from Radio
Hanoi for the past week. I FBIS Liaison Staff, provided 25X1
us with copies of the Asia and Pacific FBIS Daily Report for 16 through
23 November and these items were delivered to Miss Morris before the
close of business.

Management and Budget, and inquire about the status of S. 2984 the
bill which would provide retirement credit for periods of service
