5. (Unclassified - JMM) Arranged a luncheon between Foster
ONE, and Pat Holt, Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff,
so they could compare notes on their recent travel in the Caribbean
area.
6. (Unclassified - GLC) Checked with Victor Zafra, Office of
Management and Budget, op the status of Treasury's comments or our
retirement package. Zafra said Treasury had informed him yesterday
that their comments were "in the typewriter" and should be there today.
7. (Unclassified - GLC) Hand-carried to Ed Braswell, on the
staff of the Senate Armed Services Committee, a copy of our retirement
package'as presently drafted for submission to the Congress along with
another copy of the "spread sheet" which we had given him earlier.
