Journal - Office of Legislative Counsel
Thursday - 8 January 1970

whether we would wish to have a representative present or to review
the briefing material which would include material of thhe highest
classification, in advance. After consulting with Dr. Proctor, Acting
DDI, I called Colonel Freed to say we probably would not wish to have
a representative present, but that I would let him know later whether
we would like to review their material in advance.
