Wednesday - 18 November 1970
1. (Confidential - GLC) Talked with C. B. Morrison, in the
office of Senator Allen J. Ellender (D., La.), this morning and asked
him to tell Senator Ellender that we were interested in talking with him
at his earliest convenience in order to get the benefit of his observation
and impressions on his recent trip abroad. Morrison said he was meeting
the Senator at the airport this afternoon and he would make a point of
telling him this at that time.
3 (Confidential - GLC) Talked with Mr. Drury Blair, on the-

staff of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization,
about the possibility of a private immigration bill fo

4. (Unclassified - LLM) Attended a meeting at the Office of
Management and Budget at which Bill Fisher and Walter Haase presided
and which covered a legislative tracking system which OMB hopes to
install with Government-wide input for the 92nd Congress. As it stands
now the Agency will not have an input role.
