Talked to Mr. Drury Blair, Acting Director, Senate Immigration an Naturalization Subcommittee staff, concerning the content of the . Warner, OGC, has been advised. 2. Received a call from Mr. Roland Paul, Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff, concerning North Vietnamese military forces. Roland asked if we could give him the number of North Vietnamese that have been killed in terms of the percentage of the male population between the ages of 17 and 23. Without telling me either the source of his information or the per cent that had been given to him, Roland said that the figures he has at present are just unbelievable and so was turning to us for an authoritative figure. It was agreed that late in the week would be ample time for the Committee's needs. DDI, has been advised. 3. During a chance encounter over the weekend, Assistant Secretary of State for Congressional Relations Dave Abshire told me he had never received a reply to his offer to brief Senator Clifford Case in response to the Senator's query re Radio Free) 25X1 Europe and Radio Liberty.
