1. At the Executive Committee Meeting this morning I reported that
during the fire drill yesterday the building was completely evacuated in
eleven minutes. I said that, although there had been a few minor problems,
the drill could be considered quite satisfactory.
2. The Director asked about the program for who 25X1 A
will arrive in Washington, D. C., on Tuesday, 19 Octo er, an wi receive
several briefings on Wednesday, 20 October. I told the Director about our
tentative program consisting of briefings all morning on NPIC, 25X1 A
a briefin on Agency recruitment, a meeting with John 1ross an eneral
and a meeting with the Director at 4 p.m. I will meet today with
Paul Borel, Emmett Echols, to plan a briefing schedule for 25X1 A
I asked Emmett to plan a preliminary schedule for our meet-
ing and to prepare a proposal on how can assist our general 25X1 A
recruitment program.
