I asked Mr. Osborn to nominate the Agency member for SDMIC vic Mr. Osborn suggested whom I thought to be a good nomination, and I asked that it be put in writing for formal official approval. *3. Colonel White asked that the SDMIC officer ensure that problems and proposals on the SDMIC agenda are appropriately discussed with Agency officials before an Agency position is taken. This is not a criticism of past performance but an ensurance for the future to be passed to the Director of Security. Following the Executive Committee Meeting on 7 January, I asked set up a meeting with representatives from each DD/S Office o come up w th a list of interesting topics, activities, or programs which we may use to brief our Congressional Committees. These topics would serve to illustrate types of Agency activities which would be of interest to our Congressmen. 8. Following a conversation with Mr. Helms, I directe to contact Mrs. Helms and go over her medical bills to determine w is o these apply to our hospitalization program.
