1. Book Manuscript--Lyman B. Kirkpatrick, Jr.: Howard Osborn
telephoned me to advise that he had received two copies of the manuscript
of Kirk's proposed book. One copy is to go to General Carter (Director/NSA)
and the other is for Agency review. I asked Oz to conduct a quick security
review and refer the manuscript to this office for presentation to the
Executive Director-Comptroller and the Director to determine what
additional policy review is desired.
