SUBJECT: Proposed Expansion CIA Records Facility,
1. Reference is made to recent discussions with on this
subject and the cost estimate recently furnished by the Real Estate and
Construction Division, OL (RECD. 25X1A9a
2. called 15 March to advise an that they had held the
scheduled briefing with Mr. Bannerman from 1SOO hours to 1730 hours

3. It was agreed at the meeting that for present planning purposes
they would use th estimate furnished by RECD, and the item 25X1A1
may be included in the 1970 budget.
4. They also concluded that it would be desirable to ask RECD to
have an appropriate feasibility study made, using an Architect and Engineer
firm or other source. They also asked the following questions requiring
a feasibility study:
a. What do we get as a result?
