1. Add the following note to paragraph 2, a, (5) of the
Scope of Services dated 27 May 1968:
NOTE: The estimated cost for the contingency plan-
ning space, including all items unrelated to Records
Management such as added aisle width, telephone and com-
munications requirements, additional space requirements
etc., shall be listed as a separate item in the official
cost estimate specified in paragraph 1, b above.
