Subject: Contract W3(657)-12843 CPC Procurement
Monthly Fiscal Report, Submittal of
Enclosed please find this Contractor's "Monthly Fiscal Report
#75" for the period ending 28 June 1970.
With the recent fulfillment of all contractual obligations we
are now at the point of bringing the Contract to a close from
the fiscal standpoint. There are two or three commitments on
the books that must be deobligated - in these instances we
obligated monies that were never paid to the extent originally
anticipated. These items total approximately $600. and are in
your favor.
Beyond that the next fiscal report we submit should represent
the final fiscal report - thereafter you may call for an audit
to close out the Contract.
