Attached herewith are copies of the Provisioning Check List stance
which covers criteria to be used in establishing policy and
for Spares and AGE.
Part I of the attachment covers pre-provisioning requirement.
Special attention is invited to Paragraph 2 and actions required
therein. It is necessary that you have available in advance of the
conference date the Provisioning Parts Breakdown List and Figure l's
for Project Support review 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
Where there is any reason for further explanation, direct contact
with the Project Support Office is encouraged. This office will
assist wherever necessary and desires to be knowledgeable of major
inquiries regarding policy matters.
This letter confirms provisioning dates for long lead time
and high value spares on 30 June 64 and 15 Sep 64.
