1. Reference advised that an amount of $750#000-00
had been allotted to cover expenditures incurred by Your
company in the performance of the intended subject contract.
2. By this letter you are advised that the allotted
amount has been increased by $10,250,000.00 from $730,000.00
to $31,000,000.00. The Government shall not be obligated to
pay any amount in excess of this sum provided however that
in the event of termination the maaximu igation of the
Government for expenditures plus commitments shall be
$180000,000.00.
