Dear Chuck:
In response to the referenced correspondence please be
advised this Contractor believes that we share a mutual under-
standing of the "Agreement on Acceptance" insofar as the intent
of the foregoing document and its relation to the subject con-
tract(s).
Specifically it is recognized that the contract(s) with
certain prime specifications incorporated thereunder are dominant,
The "Agreement on Acceptance" is recognized as a subordinate docu-
ment the purpose of which being to generally define and apply the
procedure by which the obligation(s) of cont?act shall be validated
and/or demonstrated.
This Contractor trusts the contents hereof provide con-
currence with your 24 February correspondence in that the provisions
of the subject contracts remain unaltered. In the event additional
information is required please contact the undersigned.
