of potential records storage areas be made.

be submitted to the office of the DDS by the Director of
Logistics.

in this manner is appreciated.

Estate and Construction Division, OL, representative on
the site survey. The Records Administration Branch,
Support Services Staff, DDS, and the Office of Security,
DDS, will also be represented in the group. I suggest
that the group's report be prepared in such a manner
that it may serve as an attachment to the Director of
Logistics' reply to the DDS's request.
