SUBJECT: Discussion with NARS, 24 April 1967
Mr. Angel and Mr. G. Williams suggested our/721 April 1967 draft be
amended:
1. Add a sentence or paragraph stating -
"The personnel shall have at the least a "Secret"
clearance."
2. The last paragraph should be changed because the people working
on the records in storage are responsible for the records in
their work area. The Agency may not be but the people cannot $-e-
irresponsible.
3. Paragraph (d) and (j) will have to be combined to indicate that
the personnel and supervisor are subject to assignments in other
areas when their workload permits.
