MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: DCI Briefing of Senate Foreign Relations Committee on
1. The Director appeared before the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee in executive session The
session lasted from 1030 hours until 1300 hours. A technical sweep
of the room, S-116 in the Capitol, was conducted and the room was
kept under technical monitoring throughout. The briefing and
discussion were conducted on a Top Secret/Sensitive level. A
transcript was taken and is available in the Office of Legislative
Counsel.
