House Armed Services Committee Re Cienfuegos 1. Today I told Mr. Slatinshek that there had been no significant changes on Cienfuegos--that the barges were still in Cienfuegos harbor although the Soviet submarine tender anti rescue tug had moved out toward the Gulf of Mexico. Z. Slstinshek said that Chairman Rivers wanted an updated briefing plus a look at the latest photos at 0900 tomorr morning. He said we should bring along both the old pictures and the new pictures which Rivers would want to compare. JOHN M.
