SUBJECT: Declassification of Testimony on Cuba
Declassification of portions of testimony on Cuba before the Sub- ._nmit-
tee on Inter_Anierican Affairs of the House Foreign Affairs Committee
given by the Defense Intelligence Agency on September 30, 1970, is here-
by authorized in accordance with the request of the Chairman of the Sub-
committee. The portions of the testimony which may be decalassi,?ied
have already been Sgreed upon at the staff level (NSC -Mr. Nach:l.anoff;
DIA--Col. Freed; State-Mr. Monjo). The declassification of tes-Lxmriony

not to permit declassification of testimony given by Under Secretary of
State for Political Affairs U. Alexis Johnson on November 24, 1970, in-
