6. (Unclassified - LLM) George Metrovich, in the office of Senator
Harold E. Hughes (D., Iowa), asked who he might call regarding permission
to use the softball field off Route 193 this Sunday, April 18, between the hours
of 1 and 4. He explained that some 16 to 17 people will be involved, pr.marily
staffers of the Senator's office and said they would police-up the area after
they were through. I told him Iwould look into it and and be back in touch.
Later, based on the advice of Mr. in the office of the DDS, I told
Metrovich that the gate to the field would be open from 1 to 5 and he seemed
to fully appreciate the reason why we would prefer that he not publicize their
use of the field.
