The top part is a guest book from a rest home by the name of "zbuse
of Rest" in the name of the 18th Party Congress ((of the Communist Part of the
Soviet Union)). It is a "pocket-book" guest book for a person staying in the
rest home. Number 2970 with some kind of a validation stamp on the front ((too
light ? to read)). The book was issued to a Harold BAKKIAN evidently in
V 'k (not clear)) of 1966 who was evidently examined by a doctor on 22 of the same year. The initials of the doctor are on the bottom of the first page
of the pocket-book . The second page consists of the recommendations of the
doctor for this person while he is s taying in the rest home. His routine is to
be the common one with a morning walk. The patient can make excursions and
tourist trips and he can bathe in the ocean/sea , evidently from 3-10 meters
and is to take sun baths and air baths ((like a steam bath I believe)), he can
row evidently 30 meters, not to participate in sporting games and is to be on
diet number 15. His blood pressure when he entered was 120 over 75, the other
tables for observations by the doctor who examined him are not filled in,
There follows a listing of the ground rules of the rest home and rules
for taking a sun bath and the air bath ((either steam or a thermal type bath,
possibly like the sauna))
The bot om portion is a booklet/phamplet in Ukra nian which evidently details
the posit-on/rules concerning the "Comrades Court of the Ukrainian Republic
