(Internal Use Only - LLM) Spoke with Robert Hull, Department of State, regarding their retirement legislative proposals for the 92nd Congress. State is preparing an omnibus bill to catch up to the major Civil Service improvements not yet obtained for foreign service (prin- cipally in the area of survivor annuities). They are also proposing some changes in overseas allowances ( has been advised). With respect to the retirement funding, Hull said they would again recom- mend the merger of their fund with Civil Service. 2. (Unclassified - LLM) In response to her earlier call explained to Carolyn Judy, in the office of Representative John Buchanan (R. , Ala. ), that we have no tour of Agency facilities for a visiting college student constituent but that if employment possibilities prompted this interest, we would be happy to set up an interview with one of our Personnel representatives. She was appreciative of this consideration and said that she would check with the individual who is a one-month intern in Mr. Buchanan's office. 25X1A 25X1A 3. (Internal Use Only - LLM) After checking with Messrs. = and .returned a call to Mr. Black,in the office of Representative Lucien N. Nedzi (D. , Mich. ), who wanted information on the title, authors and date of a report prepared for President Kennedy in 1962 or 1963 on the intelligence community by Clark Clifford and others. Black could not shed any further light on the subject involved and said he would call J. Patrick Coyne of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board to determine if the report was issued during Clifford's Chair- manship. 4. (Unclassified - RCR) Mrs. 'King in the office of Senator Robert C. Byrd (D. , W.
