Keenan, Administrative Assistant to Congresswoman Florence Dwyer
(R. , N. J. ), who gave me the following names of the individuz.ls who
will be visiting the Agency on Thursday, 11 March, to demon:.trate
the system for personal identification: .

Whisler, Office of Legislation, Department of the Army, _cg.-,cerning
the request of a soldier serving in Vietnam that was forwarded by
former Representative Philbin of Massachusetts. Major WI'isier
indicated that he would be talking to Mr. Philbin during the afternoon
and inquired whether positions in the civil advisory categori in
Vietnam were available for a soldier who would be finishing up on
agreed service in July, 1971. I told him that we would be glad to
review the individual's application upon return from oversees, but
that I could not be optomistic of his chances for employment at this
time. Mr. Whisler thanked me and indicated that he was tr ing to
save further Washington calls or correspondence for Mr. Pailbin.
