5. (Unclassified - GLC) Talked with Mr. Hugh Durham, Deputy
Chief, Legislative and Legal Section, Department of Justice, about the
inquiry we have received from Representative Edward Koch (D., N.Y.)
having to do with the availability of personal Agency files. Durham said
the Koch letter had just reached his desk and they had taken r -o action on
it as yet. I told him we were drafting some language for a --ep1y, but
thought it would be useful to be aware of one another's responses on this.
Durham agreed and said he would be back in touch with us when Justice
has firmed up a proposed answer.
