Symmes said that he and Assistant Secretary David Abshire had seen Senator Fulbright over the weekend and Fulbright reaffirmed his opposition to the revised Case bill and suggested to State that they go back to Case's original proposal. Brady, Jr. , of the House Foreign Affairs Committee staff, for a copy of the report on the drug problem which was referred to in the New York Times article the other day.
