Security Subcommittee staff, and talked with him at some length about
the testimony o efore the Subcommittee. Sourwine
seemed to understand the basic thrust of our position concerning the
transcript but said the Subcommittee would undoubtedly
publish some portion of his statement. See Memo for Record for
