Please accept my apology for not providing material to you
sooner in regard to your visit to ACIC. However, I do have some
reasons, if not a good excuse, for not doing so. I have been
attempting to gather some data beyond that which I am now for-
warding; and because of TDY and other problems in our programming
cycle requiring attention, I have not finalized the other data I
want; to provide.
Therefore, I have decided to send this material for your use
and supplement it as soon as I can. I will try to provide more
data within the next two weeks. ,
I would like to say I enjoyed your visit and was very impressed
with the thoroughness and comprehension of the persons you brought
along. It appears they should understand the material without
further explanation, but please have them call if they have further
questions. I sincerely believe that anything we can do to provide
you with info will help us all in the long run.

P.S. As a further item of interest, our CAPS (Computer Assisted
Program System) Phase II under PROMACS has had the Preliminary
Functional Description prepared. As soon as we have completed
