A meeting was held in the office of the Chief of the Using Service
at 0900 hours to discuss the Using Service's schedule. Personnel
25X1A5a1 The schedule drawn up by the Using Service, dated 24 Nov. 1971,
was carefully scrutinized. It was agreed by those present that this
25X1C4a was the best the Using Service could do to make space available for
the contractor.

The revised construction schedule, dated 24 Nov. 1971, was again
gone over very carefully. With a few minor changes and a final clean-up
date added, the schedule was accepted by those present. Mr. II was
assured by the undersigned that we would do everything we could to get
to grant the 2nd of June as final completion date.

Mr. 0 requested some storage space somewhere to store their
equipment, tools and parts since as they completed more of Wing "D"
the would have less and less space to store these items. I told Mr..

we could come up with some suitable space maybe in Wing "C" for this
storage problem.
