Refording sur telecom of today: Ranson Baldwin of the MOW VOW
telephoned to to ask guidance as to how the CS. government
feels regerdingaproposed meeting in 'Warsaw ofasmall group of
Anettxtan citizens with a group of Polish representatives, the meeting
to be held under the auspices of the Ford `Foundation and tab* completely
off the record, a free for all discussion, behind closed doors, without
any public report being made of the substance of the discussion.
Baldwin also asked id:ether er not the CIA would have amy objections
to his attendance or the attendanoe of Other Americas* at this prcgosed
meeting.

to meet in Warsaw in April or May of 1962 for such a discussion. The di:s-
