A cable from the field has prompted the DDP Records Staff to
ask us for background on Form No. 3217 "True Name Manifest."
We informed them it was an Office of Communications form which
they created in June 1970 to transmit true name material to and
from the field stations. It was requested by in 25X1A

processed it in Forms Management 8 May 1970.
