Mr. Donald C. Sanders, of your Committee staff, has very
thoughtfully brought to our attention some points contained. in the galley
proofs of the hearings of your Committee on H. R. 16742. Upon exa:mina-
tion of this material it appears that some of it did indeed pose a problem
for the Agency, and Mr. Sanders was especially understanding and
helpful in resolving this problem in a manner completely satisfactory
from our standpoint. This is but the most recent example of the
cooperation and consideration that your staff has always shown the Agency
and we want you and Mr. Sanders both to know of our genuine appreciation.
