1. (Secret - GLC) Picked up from Bill Woodruff, Counsel, Senate
Appropriations Committee, a copy of the Agency budget letter. Copies have
been sent to the Executive Director, IC, and OPPB.
Briefed Woodruff on a number of current intelligence items. See
Memorandum for the Record.
Talked with Woodruff about the provision in the Supplemental Appro-
priations bill requiring reports to Congress on the total amount of appropriated
funds used for the support of executive dining rooms or similar facilities
during fiscal year ending 30 June 1973. See Memorandum for the Record.
2. (Confidential - GLC) Left with David Martin, Senate Internal
Security Subcommittee staff, a map of Burma showing roughly the areas of
Communist control and Communist activity.

a call he received from Miss Susan Sommers, in the office of Representative
William O. Mills (R., Md.), requesting Agency application forms for one of
Representative Mill's constituents. A set of application forms and Agency
pamphlets were left with Miss Sommers this afternoon.
4. (Internal Use Only - RJK) Delivered an FBIS item which
mentioned his name to Senator Roman Hruska's office (R. , Nebr. ),
and left with Senator Henry Jackson's (D. ,Wash.) staff an 8 October 1972
translation from Moskovskaya Pravda written about the Senator.
