Internal Security Subcommittee, to tell him Lothar Metzel would be. meeting
with David Martin, of his staff, about the Subcommittee's interest in publishing
his paper "Detente and the World Revolutionary Process: A Soviet View" and
suggested Sourwine might find it interesting to talk with Metzel when he meets
with Martin. Sourwine thanked me for calling his visit to his attention and said
he would arrange to meet Metzel when he comes. 15X1
