1. (Secret - JGO) Met with Mr. Arthur Kuhl, Chief Clerk, Senate
Foreign Relations Committee, and completed the necessary security
debriefing prior to his travel with Senator Symington (D. , Mo.). I
received from him an updated copy of the travel itinerary. In another
3. (Internal Use Only - JGO) Talked to Mr. Robert Blum, Senate
Foreign Relations Committee staff, and told him that the purely mechanical
processing of the documents selected for declassification will be completed
hopefully this weekend. He is now anxious to close out the Committee
report in which they will be included and asked, if possible, that declassification
be completed by the time he returns from rt vacation over the

4. (Unclassified - LLM) In response to an earlier call, spoke to
Bill Lytton, in the office of Senator Charles Percy (R. , Ill. ), and sent to
him Havana radio frequencies (supplied by FBIS) which a ham operator
wishes to monitor.
5. (Internal Use Only - RJK) Left with Judy Spahr, on the staff
of Senator Jackson's Subcommittee on National Security and International
Operations, several FBIS items relating to the Senator's recent travels
in Israel and Iran.
